I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide along with GooglePay and ApplePay.
You will receive a 3 month contract to the email address provided at checkout after your first monthly payment is recieved.
You will have 7 days to review the contract and cancel your purchase. After that refund time has expired, future monthly payments will be due 30 and 60 days after purchase date respectively (you will recieve invoices for these payments).
You may upgrade or downgrade your purchase to a different package (Basic, Deluxe or Premium) when the next monthly payment is due.
Please contact me at alison@graceoverperfection.com at least 3 days before payment due so your package invoice can be adjusted accordingly and your work is not delayed.
Customer satisfaction is a TOP priority! If you are unhappy with your video or any other assets created for you, we will work together to find out where the breakdown in communication occured to ensure that you are satisfied going forward.
*I will re-edit and/or recreate 1 video’s worth of content at no charge to make sure all kinks have been worked out. If additional edits are requested beyond that on future videos that do not match the outline we created together, I will happily do so at a rate of $30/hr.
