During your 90 min video call:
During your 60 min session, we will review the status of your business, discuss upcoming opportunities, address current struggles, and create a monthly action plan to make sure you are moving the needle over the next 4 weeks.
There will be weekly check-ins for feedback and accountability between sessions.
This service is perfect for you if you already have a foundation and are ready to start building but need help knowing what to focus your limited time on to be the most effective with it.

Ongoing monthly strategy sessions PLUS implementation in any (or all) of the main areas of your business:

Every month starts with a 1-hour strategy call where we conduct a business SWOT analysis and create your monthly action plan.
Each month’s services will be based on your business’s objectives and action plan. Your implementation hours may include:

You will be sent a link to schedule your very first Strategy Call and receive a New Client Questionnaire to be filled out prior to this meeting.
During this onboarding/strategy call, we will review your customized Business Guide Board and create your first Action Plan! 🎉
